Taylor has redesigned their entire bracing system over the last year to create a tonal masterpiece that delivers overtones galore with shimmering highs and glorious lows!
Everyone at the Casino was thrilled with the new designs put into Taylors flagship here. They have now brought the goods from the 800 deluxe line into the 814ce for a better price. We really couldn't believe the tone, sustain, and shimmer from this piece! This really is the reason people fall in love with Taylors in the first place!
This instrument in particular has a great low end. Taylor guitars often accentuate the treble spectrum but this gem really has a boom in the bass that had all of our heads turn. The strumming tones are reminiscent of a classic larger bodied guitar while the arrpegiated materials really are outstandingly rich and toneful sounding. The grain is gorgeous and the small details really make this instrument a feast on both the eyes and the ears.
