That being said, let's now dig into what may be one of the coolest Basses we have seen...ever! It is hard to not love a Fender Jazz Bass, but a Custom Shop in Sherwood Green Metallic with Handwound JB Pickups...truly impossible to not love!
This is an unbelievable warm and smooth bass to play. It has a warmth found often only in the P Bass platform but whoever decided to put a bit of hocus pocus in these pickups, we salute you! 

And the neck truly plays as if there is a warm stick of butter between your hands and the wood...we do not understand how that is possible with the materials used, but that is the feeling. The 60 J Bass "U" neck carve is slightly larger than a standard US or Mexican made piece and we have to say...she fits like a glove. Large or small hands both agree, this is the neck to end all necks of Jazz Basses.
